Does it work?

Not always :( Our brain is very assertive and has its own ideas about what it will dream. Moreover, many factors influence it. That’s why it should be used long-term to be effective. There are scientific studies confirming the influence of affirmations on our sleep and our life. Neuropsychological studies on affirmations (2025), studies on subliminal stimuli in dreams (Schredl et al., 1999), and many others. Still, let’s treat this adventure as fun, an experiment on our mind, and remember that our life depends on us. Don’t rely only on affirmations. You need to get up and act, and affirmations can only help.
